Where There's A Will There's A Way - Bike Challenge

Between 11th and 18th August this year, they will tackle the mother of all cycle challenges, riding from John O'Groats to Lands End in only 8 days. The team, including Sam Taylor, Pete Gallagher, John Smith and Campbell, will be accompanied by a group of support vehicles driven by Ed Roach, Gavin Neate and John Plummer.

In June last year, Sam's son Will was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a severe muscle wasting condition. Will is a happy, active 5 year old, and this condition will have a massive impact on his life.

Sam said "Nothing seems to faze Will. The way he is coping with the condition and his treatment is totally inspiring. What we know is that we must all, more than ever, make the most of now and live life to the full."

The bike challenge is a positive way to make people aware of this news, and to raise funds that will support Will, and other children with DMD. The team want to raise over £10,000 for Muscular Dystrophy UK, and specifically their ‘Breakthrough Research Fund’. All of the money that is raised will be used to fund research into treatments for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
