Why Choose a JCB Generator or Powerpack?
JCB power generation products are engineered around a shared philosophy: clean emissions performance, dependable build quality, intuitive control and best-in-class connectivity. That means the same standards of efficiency, durability and remote visibility whether you specify an 18kVA Rental Series set, a 330kVA QS compact generator or a 104kWh Electric Powerpack.
Some of the core benefits of the JCB power generation range include:
- Clean Emissions Performance: EU Stage V diesel sets cut particulate matter by over 95%, while Electric Powerpacks deliver true zero emissions at point of use for indoor and underground applications.
- Fuel and Energy Efficiency: Optimised engines, Intelligent Load Management and hybrid powerpack capability reduce fuel burn, lower CO2 output and cut total running costs.
- Low Noise on Site: Generators down to 62 dBA at 7 metres and near silent battery powerpacks make every machine suitable for noise sensitive, residential and round the clock work.
- JCB LiveLink Telematics: Real-time remote monitoring of generator location, load, fuel level and aftertreatment health across the range, via PC or smartphone.
- Easy Transport and Deployment: Fixed lifting points, integrated fork pockets and externally accessible socket connections speed up site moves and reduce handling damage.
- Built for Harsh Environments: Heavy duty steel canopies, zinc phosphate primer with a seven-stage paint process, bunded fuel tanks and Total+ alternator winding protection guard against impact, corrosion and water ingress.
- On-going Support: Every machine is backed by the Scot JCB depot network for genuine parts, scheduled servicing and JCB Finance.
