RB Blackburn take delivery of flagship JS220LC Excavator
Ross started his plant hire business RB Blackburn after leaving school and buying his first machine, a used JCB 3CX. He has grown his business at a controlled pace over the last 10 years to 9 machines and has now taken delivery of what he believes is his flagship excavator - a new JCB JS220LC.
Ross uses Scot JCB at Newcastle to supply and maintain his equipment. I get great back-up and support from Scot JCB and promote that to my customer when trying to win contracts. It gives them the comfort of knowing I have the backing and support of the main dealer behind me." Ross believes that gives him an extra string to his bow.
The photos above show Ross taking delivery of the JS220LC from John Young at our Newcastle depot, and the machine going straight to work on a coal screening contract.
