Festive Fun at The Scot JCB Group

We can all agree that 2020 was not the year we were expecting. However, we still wanted to try and bring a bit of festive cheer to our depots in the run up to Christmas.

On Friday 11th December we held our annual Christmas Jumper Day to raise some much-needed funds for Cash for Kids and the Trussell Trust.

Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping children who need it most across the UK. Their mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in communities affected by poverty, illness, neglect or who have additional needs.

The Trussell Trust support over 1200 foodbanks across the UK. They provide support and food to those in poverty while campaigning to end the need for food banks.

We raised almost £500 which the Board generously offered to double and round up to £1,000 meaning we have been able to donate £500 to each of the charities.

As you can see from the pictures below, everyone enjoyed the day while following the company Covid-19 procedures.

Thanks to everyone who took part!

Please note masks were briefly removed for photos and social distancing was observed throughout.
