JCB Tandem Vibratory Rollers are designed to deliver strong compaction performance, excellent operator comfort and long-term reliability across any road, asphalt or base material application. Built around JCB’s Easy philosophy, the CT range is engineered to be easy to use, easy to be productive, easy to maintain and easy to keep safe.

With high centrifugal forces, strong static linear loads and efficient Stage V engines, these rollers produce a smooth, consistent finish whether working dynamically or statically. Wide Model Range

The JCB Tandem Roller lineup includes four models, ensuring operators can choose the right roller for every type of job:

• CT160-80/100: Compact roller with 1,710 kg to 1,790 kg operating weight and 800 to 1,000mm drum width. Perfect for driveways, footpaths and small asphalt reinstatement.
• CT260-100/120: Mid-size roller with 2,420 kg to 2,560 kg operating weight and 1,000 to 1,200 mm drum width. Ideal for general construction and road repair.
• CT380-130: Heavy-duty roller with a 4,100 kg operating weight and 1,300 mm drum width. Suited to larger asphalt surfaces and compaction of base layers.
• CT430-140:  Highest capacity model with 4,500 kg operating weight and 1,400 mm drum width, delivering the strongest centrifugal force and coverage for high-volume roadworks.

All models feature high centrifugal forces ranging from 10kN to 63kN, depending on size and frequency setting, allowing operators to achieve consistent compaction density across a wide variety of materials.

Fuel Efficient Performance

JCB Tandem Rollers are engineered for low running costs and reduced emissions. The entire CT range is powered by EU Stage V compliant engines, with the CT160 and CT260 featuring fuel-efficient Kubota engines and the CT380 and CT430 powered by high-output Kohler units.

These engines deliver between 14.2 kW and 36.5 kW, providing strong performance while keeping fuel consumption low. Automatic vibration control helps optimise compaction by activating vibration only when needed, reducing unnecessary engine load and supporting lower fuel use.

Upward-facing spray nozzles ensure a consistent water supply on the drums while minimising wastage. Combined with maintenance-free components and long service intervals, the CT range delivers excellent fuel efficiency and long-term cost savings for operators.
